When you place an order on our website, we request information from you on our order form. Return and Refund
1. What is Dealandbargains warranty return policy?
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns, customers must contact us first to obtain an RMA return number before returning the item, item return without an RMA return number will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning any item/s. All New, shelf pull and open box item(s) have a 15 days return policy, if the item is defected or none functional. If this item is in your possession more than 15 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement. All returned items must return in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent to you, item must be return to us with the Original Package and TAG, UNDAMAGED and UNUSED within 15 business days.

Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, dirtied soles) will be refused and sent back to sender. Please contact us within 5 business days after receiving your order with your concern. All New, shelf pull and open box products come with 15 days return policy.

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 15 days from the date of the delivery on all products except for items listed in the Exception Section. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 15 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

We will reserve the right to request for pictures , in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/ manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent. We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package. Store credit of the returned items will be issued and we will reserve the right to deduct any related return fee imposed by the shipping carrier.

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in good quality.
1. You have 5 days to contact us and 15 days to return the item from the date it was received. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the return shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, and we have confirmed that the item is defective, we would immediately EXCHANGE the defective item to the correct item for you, or issue a refund to your account. Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to post back to the credit card. Buyers are required to bear items returning shipping cost.

There is no return or refund on store return products, small lot, used products, and Salvage products. Due to the nature of these products, they are not qualified for return or refund these type of products are sold AS IS with no return or refund. Please Note. Due to HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS. We can not accept return on Swimsuits, Intimate Apparel, Hosiery, and Lingerie Items. ALL SALE WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL) For these type of items.
